Blue Vision - Retailer Brands Become Music to Kids' Ears

You've seen retailers like Crate and Barrel, William Sonoma and Starbucks use customized CDs as a means of brand enhancement and income generation.  Now retailers large and small are using this same concept for children and families with the help of award-winning music production companies such as Blue Vision Music.
Blue Vision Music is one of just a handful of music production companies that focuses exclusively on family and children's music. They have partnered with numerous companies and organizations in producing children's music CDs that have won national awards including, numerous Parents' Choice, Dr. Toy,  NAPPA, iParenting, Kids First, Dove and even an Emmy.
Most recently Blue Vision Music provided music for nationally-known storyteller Mary Jo Huff's CD, "Storytelling for Kids" which received Creative Child Magazine's 2009 CD of the Year Award.
Over the past 15 years Blue Vision Music has provided custom music for international toy manufactures, video producers and a host of companies wishing to offer quality children's music as part of their overall brand recognition.
"Creating brand-specific CDs using the very best in children's music is a great way to reinforce a retailer's commitment to families and the community," says Georgean Johnson-Coffey, Blue Vision Music's President.
Bookstores may offer music CDs promoting literacy; shops carrying educational products may produce CDs with songs about science and learning. Retailers can offer CDs containing songs about important social issues: being green, healthy eating and fitness or self-esteem and caring for others.
Blue Vision Music has greatly expanded its ability to create award-winning CDs for retailers through its partnership with over 30 award winning artists including two-time Grammy Award winner Bill Harley. Johnson-Coffey shares, "We've gone to great lengths to make the process as easy as possible to present a wide variety of award-winning artists and music."
Through an online database, www.find-a-song.com, retailers can search through hundreds of songs to find just the right music for their project - everything from lullabies to rock and alternative styles. All recorded by artists who have dedicated their careers to producing quality music for the education and entertainment of children's around the world.
In addition to custom CDs, Blue Vision Music is able to further expand retailers' abilities to reach families and children through internet music streaming and downloads offered directly through retailers websites.
