New Revolutionary Ride from Whiplash Adds Momentum to Street Surfing Product Lineup

Street Surfing is at it again. This time they’re turning heads with another creative, innovation. From the makers of the award-winning Wave®, comes Whiplash™, the scooter with a twist, arriving just in time for the holiday gift-buying season.

The Whiplash™, is a self-propelling, revolutionary new ride that is part scooter, part Wave® (caster board) and totally fun. Kids and tweens can use their creativity and agility by zipping around on the Whiplash™ like a scooter or they can carve and drift like The Wave®. The Whiplash is centered around the award-winning design of The Wave’s® unique caster design and  torsion technology. Riders self propel with a cool, side to side, 'whip-like' ride, and by generating enough momentum, their feet never need to touch the ground.  

Whiplash’s™ extra wide skate inspired deck, is made of a webbed design carbon reinforced composite material that is supported by an extra long lightweight handlebar.  The folding handle provides for easy travel and storage.  Whiplash™  will be available in October. 

In addition to the Whiplash™  is an entire line of Wave® products including: the Wave®, the original Street Surfing board and hottest caster board on the market, the Wave® Stealth, the highest performing casterboard that goes faster and carves harder; the Wave® LX, light xtreme which provides a wider platform for better stability, enhanced performance and easier carving; and the Wave® Ripple, designed so younger riders can get in on the action, offer a creative outlet along with hours of fun.
